Clearly, QA means that Quality Management Systems that allow for the continuous improvement of all systems and processes must be maintained to enable all facets of operation to not only meet or exceed industry standards, but to also meet the expectations of clients and customers. ISO9001 Quality Accreditation is the blueprint for providing excellent and consistent products and services across all world regions and markets.

RLF has a Vision for its future and working with SGS ( formerly Société Générale de Surveillance) to implement the standards associated with ISO9001:2008 certification enables RLF to demonstrate high levels of service quality and to show that it follows internationally recognised quality management principles.

RLF values its working partnership with SGS – and whilst striving to meet the rigorous standards an organisation like SGS expects of a certified company, still remains mindful of the trust that its Farmers and Growers have placed in its products and services.

RLF is recognised as constantly looking beyond its customers expectations in order to deliver market leading services and products wherever they are needed and its ISO9001:2008 Accreditation ensures that these expectations are continually met.

  • Testing – to reduce the risks, shorten time to market and test the quality, safety and performance of our products
  • Certification – to enable RLF to demonstrate that its products, processes, systems and services are compliant with either national or international standards and regulations
