RLF Fertiliser Management Programs Delivering Effective Results
Throughout 2020, the RLF Sales Team together with their Distributor Partners conducted a series of field trials in the eastern parts of Inner Mongolia.

Return visits were made by the RLF Team to observe the effects that RLF’s products had on several different crop types – sunflower, beet, peanut and millet, just to name a few. Let’s review the scene:

Sunflower

The sunflowers grown using the RLF nutrition program had neat seedlings, firm stalks and dark green leaves

When the sunflowers matured in October, the RLF Team made a return visit. The trial field of sunflowers were observed as being large and uniform, and the seeds were full and showed good gloss.

Four sunflowers were randomly selected and weighed after threshing, 1.6kg for the Control and 1.691kg for the RLF-treated. The trial crop grains were heavier so achieved effective yield increase. Because the quality was also better, Liu boss sold most sunflowers to 20 yuan per kg, while the surrounding farmers’ prices brought about 14 yuan per kg.

The RLF-treated area yielded 510kg, an increase of between 60-110kg per mu,
with increased income of between 540-660 yuan.

In 2020, the temperatures in the Chifeng region were lower than in previous years, and more rain fell in July and August. This is not conducive to the growth of sugar beet, and the occurrence
and frequency of diseases increased as a result. The RLF foliar fertilisers were combined with pesticides to prevent disease and increase the yield.

The return visit proved that even with the worsening of the climatic conditions, the yield remained stable between 4.5 tons and 5 tons per mu. But excitingly for growers, the sugar content was increased by 4 points and the quality was better. This showed them that RLF’s crop nutrition program brought about a remarkable effect to not only increase yield and sugar extraction, but the crop’s stress resistance was verified.

With the RLF crop nutrition program, the millet’s root system was developed, and lodging did not appear during the entire growth period. Ears of grain were full, long and hard, and the output exceeded 500kg per mu. This was an incredible demonstration of how effective a properly considered crop nutrition is.
