Plant Milk Range for Focused Nutrition Needs

Plant Milk High-N and Plant Milk High-K are specialised Fertigation fertiliser products designed to deliver a multi-spectrum nutrient package directly to the plant via irrigation or furrow injection methods at different growth stages. They each contain a high concentration of optimally balanced vital elements (N-P-K), with a supporting suite of elements suitable for the plant’s specific needs in one single, stable solution.

crop outcomes.

The Furrow Inject Process

Furrow Injection is an effective and efficient method of delivering nutrients. It injects solution in such a way to improve the availability of phosphorus and essential trace elements to germinating seeds and seedling establishment. Plasma Furrow Inject and Ground Force are two good examples of RLF products that facilitate support for this important growth phase.

Field trials have shown improved visual performance of crops treated this way, and yield increases have been demonstrated in cotton, corn, sunflower and sorghum crops. It is known that farmers often use chemicals at sowing time to treat the seed for diseases, and the addition of nutrients via irrigation or injection methods further improves the health and vigour of the emerging seedlings.

Injection improves both the supply and availability of nutrients in the rhizosphere of the seedling, especially where alkaline soils have reduced the availability of nutrients in the developing root zone.
